Baby It’s Cold Outside: Day 4 – Must Have Winter Reads

Posted December 20, 2016 by Angie in Features & Spotlights / 3 Comments

Happy Tuesday my favorite read-a-thoners. Today we here on the Read Sleep Repeat team are sharing our must have winter reads. These are books we love and reread every winter, winter releases we’ve recently read and loved, and winter releases we can’t wait to get our greedy hands on.

Angie’s Must Have Winter Re-Reads:

Winter Dreams, Christmas Love: This is my #1 must always reread every winter book. It has been since I was around 12. It was published in 1992, and it’s super cheesy and honestly super problematic, but it’s also adorable and sweet and I love the romance so whatever I don’t care.

Let It Snow Not the whole book, just Maureen Johnson’s story because it’s adorable and the ship is everything to me.

Little Women I only do it every couple of years, but I only reread Little Women in the winter. It’s one of my all time favorite stories (except the terribly terribly wrong shipping that happens) but to me it always has been and always will be a winter book.

In Death Series Winter is my favorite time to binge read J.D. Robb’s In Death series. Nothing like a cozy mystery to make those cold winter nights awesome.

  1. Little women is just something I couldn’t quite get through. It’s a bit preachy and quite long and dry. It’s surprising, cause I’m normally fine with Victorian books.

I’m already done with two of my BICOthon reads ^_^ how are you guys doing? But this week seems to be blasting by so fast I’m running late with all my blog posts 🙂
