2015 ARC August: Week Four Update!

Posted August 30, 2015 by Octavia in Challenges / 12 Comments

I can’t believe ARC August is nearly over! I’m super bummed I didn’t get ANYTHING done during the whole month thanks to things but I’ve seen so many ARC August tweets and pics and I’m just happy so many of you enjoyed yourself and accomplished so much! I would like to take a second to let everyone know that week 3 did have a ARC giveaway attached:

Reawakened

But, and this is only if the winner agrees (who shall be announced soon!), I have decided to instead giveaway a FINISHED hard copy.

As for this week’s prize we have the absolutely stunning cover (and hopefully equally stunning story)…..

Dreamstrider

Now…MOVING ON!

I didn’t add it in last weeks update post but I did finish ONE ARC!

The Dead House

And BOOK NERDS!!!! It was EVERYTHING! It was creepy as all hell and with more twist and turns than a labyrinth! The review will be up soon but GO PREORDER IT!

This week I’m going to try and relax more and read. I plan to finish Reawakened and start Dreamstrider. I know “technically” August ends on Monday (tomorrow) but since TECHNICALLY Monday is a new week I figure we are obligated to finish it no? (LOOP HOLE!!) So go forth and use our loophole friends! Heaven knows I’m going to. πŸ˜‰

  4. Thanks for hosting! It was my first ARC August and I really enjoyed it, even if I didn’t read all the books I wanted. I did get a decent amount read though (3 read, 3 DNF, and currently reading 1 more). I only had 3 on my list that I didn’t get to πŸ™‚

  5. I posted my update for the week on Saturday, but I got one more in. I didn’t read my goal, but I came damn close. Thanks for the extra push to get these read, and for helping me to clear up my NetGalley a bit.
The Dead House looks really good. I have to check it out, but I am going to wait for your review.
