STSStacking the Shelves is a meme hosted at Tynga’s Reviews where we can showcase the books we bought, borrowed or received for review.

This week was such a busy one for me. There were so many new releases this week, I actually went to the bookstore twice in one week (which I never do). It was also oddly weird because the cashier at the time recognized me from when I purchased my Kobo and he said “nice to see you again” and he said “see you soon” which is odd because I WENT TO THE STORE A COUPLE DAYS LATER (but he wasn’t there but still, coincidence!). I am super excited about this haul because SO MANY NEW RELEASES! Also, To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before isn’t coming out ’till the 15th and when I saw it on the shelves I literally screamed (people stared, I regret nothing).

  1. Bethany Crandell sent me Summer on the Short Bus. Which I read and loved. I recieved a Children’s book about The Adventures of Chi-Chi the Chinchilla from the author because I mentioned on Twitter that we used to have a Chinchilla named Chi-Chi. I got three books from First Reads: A Special Love by Krissy Bells about a family with an autistic child, a Fantasy book titled The Price of Creation, and The Absurd Demise of Poulnabrone an adult fiction about a crazy man. I also went to the library and borrowed the first two Grisha books. I am almost finished with Shadow and Bone. I bought about ten dollars worth of Kindle deals, none of which I can remember the titles, but I think they were all YA Dystopian.
