Happy Sunday my lovelies! Just wanted to show my face and make sure you didn’t think I was missing…or in hiding…or scared off by gnomes. Sorry I haven’t been around much, I’m catching up on reading so I can bring you some more kick ass awesome reviews! But let me share my updates first.

Stacking the Shelves

You know how much I love doing my blogs, but with my current TBR list reaching into the triple digits and my wallet’s use of the iron lung I’m not going to be buying any books for a while. I’ll still keep you guys updated via twitter and instagram and maybe (fingers crossed) by August things I’ll bring Stacking the Shelves back!

Top Ten Tuesday

If you follow me on twitter (and you should!!!!) you know that I decided to drop TTT. I’ll probably so a list every so often but I really want to focus more on reviews.

Reviews

Ok so I know there haven’t been many reviews lately but that’s why I wanted to update you! I’m changing my calendar around with the hope of bringing you more substance. So keep a look out for my new “Reading After Dark” segments and my “What Should I Read Next?” polls!

And that’s all I got so…..

love ya

  1. Oooh Game of Thrones!….I’d love to join but I don’t own it. It’s really amazing how I have a ton of books crammed into this house and yet I always seem to be missing the ones I want to read. If I can get a copy to own i try to join it, it doesn’t seem like a book I’ll be able to read while on a library time frame.

I hope your wallet starts feeling better! πŸ˜›

  2. lol I’ll give my wallet your get well soon wishes! πŸ˜‰

Maybe a used book store? I went to B&N to grab a copy, but it’s such a big book I got intimidated and just grabbed a e-copy! But if you can join let me know. This is the only way I’m making it through that monster. πŸ™‚

*Having all the books but never enough = a common booknerd problem lol* πŸ˜€

  3. Good luck with Game of Thrones! I read book 1 and didn’t really like it. I loved the overall idea but I didn’t like that execution. It felt slow and there were too many characters I didn’t care about. But I figured it must get better since people love it, so I read book 2. I hated that one more. But I was determined to keep going, because at this point the TV show came out and I was loving that. Well I got half way through book 3 before rage quitting.

Aaaaanyway, most people LOVE the series so I hope you do!!!
