HI!!!! I’m Octavia and this is my first Armchair BEA and I’m so excited I could burst!!! But before I suffer from spontaneous combustion let me introduce myself!

Q1. Please tell us a little bit about yourself: Who are you? How long have you been blogging? Why did you get into blogging?

Well as I said I’m Octavia, and I am the amazing mind behind Read. Sleep. Repeat. I started blogging in November of 2012 and I seriously had no clue that I would grow to love it so much! I actually started Read. Sleep. Repeat. on a whim after my boyfriend said “it’s just a book” after I started gushing about Laini Taylor’s Daughter of Smoke and Bone. And we all know you never, under ANY circumstance say “it’s just a book”.

Q2.Where in the world are you blogging from? Tell a random fact or something special about your current location. Feel free to share pictures.

I’m blogging from the beautiful state of Georgia. I actually just moved here about 2 months ago from Ohio and I’m totally obsessed with my new surroundings. I’m not an outdoors kind of girl but I have a 4 year old who loves to be outside.

Q4. What are you currently reading, or what is your favorite book you have read so far in 2013?

Right now I’m reading Hereafter by Tara Hudson and so far it’s not that great, but you know that happens. The best book I’ve read this year is actually a three way tie between Written in Red by Anne Bishop, Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo and Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake. They were all so AMAZING!

Q6. Name your favorite blog(s) and explain why they are your favorite(s).

I have a lot of blogs I stalk but my faves belong to my friends:

Oh Chrys! | Her reviews are well written ,detailed, and just all around great!

Tumbling Books | Nancy is like my book twin! I trust her opinion and I know she’s being honest.

Reviewing Wonderland | Meagan is hilarious! I love reading her reviews just for the simple fact that I know I will enjoy myself.

Respiring Thoughts | Renae is amazingly honest and detailed with her reviews. We don’t have a lot of books in common but I still love hearing her thoughts.

Effortlessly Reading | Another bookish twin! Kelly and I have a lot of books in common and when I read her reviews I know instantly whether I will love it or not.

Q7. Which is your favorite post that you have written that you want everyone to read?

My all time fave post I’ve written isn’t even a review. It’s my very first Stop & Chat Saturday post where I asked bloggers Why Do You Blog? I think it was a really cool way for bloggers to remember the main reason we do this, and that reason isn’t numbers.

Q10. What is your favorite part about the book blogging community?

Easy question. My favorite part is meeting all these cool bookish peeps! I have some amazing friends that I wouldn’t have meet if it weren’t for Read. Sleep. Repeat. and I’m so grateful that I have these ladies.  {Christine, Meagan, Nancy, Kelly, Tamara}
