Happy Sunday everyone!
So no vlog this week everyone, I just had my wisdom teeth removed and my jaw is crazy swollen and painful. But I did get some amazing books this week and I still want to share that with you guys, so here we go.
Library Loans
So after my epic fail a few weeks ago with checking out way too many books I have put myself on a strict 5 book limit.

Let me be honest here, just for a sec. I seriously only picked up Vampire Academy because I am sick of hearing about it on twitter, and now that a movie is going to be made it’s like all I ever see, so I figured I would give in to the hype on this one. That is all. 😉

Thank You Netgalley!

Special thank you to Atria Books and Scholatic Point for allowing Netgalley to gift these beauties!

Thank You Edelweiss!

Another special thanks goes to Katherine Tegen Books and Balzar & Bray for allowing Edelweiss to gift these upcoming releases!

I am so happy, shocked and grateful for every DRC/ARC I receive, and this week I could have died a very happy woman with these “gifts”. I have a few tours and other DRC’s I have to get to right this second but look out for my reviews of all these lovelies!

  1. AWESOME! I totally <3 Intertwined! The whole series! The third book left with massive cliffhangers and I am dying in agony over the next book's release which has no info as of yet. That's the worst kind of wait!

    Happy Reading!

    Here’s my STS

    Have a GREAT day!

  2. I hope you are feeling better soon! Wisdom teeth removal is certainly not fun :S

I love the VA series, but I didn’t fall IN love with it until the second book Frostbite… and TBH I’m not exactly excited about the movie. I hate the casting of Rose, and she was my favorite character in the books. I’m looking forward to seeing what you think. I actually just got tuned into The Sea of Tranquility today. I hadn’t given it a second glance because the cover didn’t really appeal to me(I know.. the shame) but I seen it on a lot of posts this week so I looked it up and now I WANTITSOBAD, lol.

I hope you enjoy everything you got this week 🙂

  3. I felt the exact same way about The Sea of Tranquility’s cover! But I heard such amazing things about it that when I saw it on Netgalley I said why not. I’m hearing a lot of VA fans complaining about the casting of the movie, which is one of the main reasons why I’m not a big fan of book to movie events. They either mess it up so badly that I pull out my hair, or its so great I sit in the theater after the movie is over just staring at the screen lol.

Thank you for stopping by and the feel better soon!

  4. Yay! I’m so glad you gave in to peer pressure and got Vampire Academy I love that series so much, I don’t think the first book was my favorite though, they get progressively better as they go along. I also got Born of Illusion this week and can’t wait to read it, hopefully it’s good =) Happy Reading!

  5. I got Born of Illusion this week, also! It looks very good and I’m excited. I hope you like The Sea of Tranquility, too. It was really good, I thought, though I didn’t care for the two main characters as much as everyone else.

    Hope you enjoy your books!

  6. Awesome haul! Vampire Academy!!! That is one of my all time favourite series! That Time I Joined the Circus looks like a fun read. I hope you enjoy all your wonderful books and thanks for stopping by my STS.

  7. So, 2 things:

    1. VA is awesome and you won’t regret it. Rose kicks ass and Dimitri is one of my original book boyfriends. I hope you love it 🙂
    2. The Sea of Tranquility was the best thing I read last year. The absolute best.

    Excellent picks 🙂
